Enterprise Architect

About the role

Enterprise Architect Solution Architect with 15+ years of experience in various application technologies, Database technologies and IT infrastructure. Experience with UML modelling using Microsoft Visio to create architecture design with an understanding / proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc). Strong understanding of Azure services (IaaS, PaaS services, AVS - vmc on Azure) including compute, storage, networking and security.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of Server operating systems ( Windows, Linux, etc), Virtualization ,Storage systems, Networking protocols and technologies ( TCP/IP, DNS, etc), Security principles, Authentication and authorization mechanism, compliance and risk management.
• Ability to design application architectures that align with Customer standards, IT policies, business goals and objectives by collaborating with Application teams and other stake holders.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with good communication and analytical skills.
• Create designs in conjunction with application teams, following detailed discovery and analysis.
• Undertake technical validation of non-standard designs or infrastructure environments.
• Designs/architects non-standardised technology solutions, as required by programme.
• Govern design approvals prior to execution.

Qualifications

• Experience with UML modelling using Microsoft Visio to create architecture design with an understanding / proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc).
• Strong understanding of Azure services (IaaS, PaaS services, AVS - vmc on Azure) including compute, storage, networking and security.
• Proficiency in understanding existing IT infrastructure and application architecture and identify compliance gaps vis-a-vis customer IT standards.
• Proficiency in Infrastructure design principles , patterns and architectures.

Pay

Salary Range- $100,000-$110,000 a year
