The Purpose of Your Role as an Enterprise Architect
The Enterprise Architect will help shape how technology supports the business today while building a roadmap for where it needs to go tomorrow. This position connects business strategy with technology decisions, ensuring systems, data, applications, and infrastructure work together to support long-term growth and operational effectiveness. You'll play a key role in evaluating opportunities, guiding technology investments, and helping teams make decisions that balance immediate needs with long-term sustainability.
What You'll Be Part Of
- Work across the organization, partnering with business leaders, technology teams, and project stakeholders to guide architecture decisions and technology direction.
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps, standards, and target-state technology strategies.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze requirements, and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Provide architecture oversight for major initiatives, ensuring solutions align with integration, cloud, security, and enterprise standards.
- Lead architecture reviews, evaluate emerging technologies, and help identify opportunities for modernization and process improvement.

What We're Looking For In You
- A Bachelor’s degree required in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree preferred in the same fields.
- Experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or a similar strategic technology role.
- A strong understanding of cloud platforms, integrations, APIs, and enterprise technology landscapes.
- The ability to connect business objectives with practical technology solutions.
- Experience working with architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or similar methodologies.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

Pay Range
$88,848.52 - $133,272.77
