Enterprise Application Implementation Manager

McGough · Roseville, MN · 3 wk ago
Management$130k–$160k/yrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description includes intro about McGough then job title. We should not repeat job title as heading. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Include only sections with real content. We have content: About the role: description of role responsibilities? Actually the posting includes description under "Enterprise Applications Implementation Manager" paragraph: "The Enterprise Applications Implementation Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing enterprise application implementations from project initiation through stabilization." That's about the role. Could be About the role. Responsibilities: there is a "Core Responsibilities" section with subheadings: Implementation Planning & Coordination, Deployment & Organizational Readiness, Risk & Issue Management, Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination, Governance, Documentation & Continuous Improvement, Additional Duties As Assigned. We can combine into a list of responsibilities. Requirements: maybe Qualifications Required and Preferred? The posting has "Qualifications Required:" list and then "Preferred Experience with ..." then later "Skills". So we can have Qualifications (Required) and Skills sections. Also maybe Requirements could be same as Qualifications? The instruction: Use headings for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to include. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (Required), Skills, Benefits (compensation and benefits), Pay (salary range). No schedule info besides travel/office but not schedule. So we may omit Schedule. We must not include headings with filler. So include About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. Use

for each section. Inside sections: Use

for prose,

  • for lists. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Must include all details from posting, but we can condense into lists while preserving info. Must not drop any substantive detail. That's tricky: we need to keep all details but can rephrase? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we cannot omit any detail. We must include everything. However we can format as lists but must keep all points. That's okay as long as we don't omit any. We need to include the introductory paragraph about McGough? That's about the company, not the role. Might be considered part of About the role? Probably we can include that in About the role section. We must not include boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. There's none. We must not include application instructions. There's none. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to include Pay: salary range and description about base salary determination, hiring range, etc. Benefits: insurance coverage, retirement plans, voluntary benefit plans, parental leave, substantial paid time off, holiday pay. Also mention "In alignment with our commitment to pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $160,000, excluding fringe benefits or potential bonuses." plus further details about final base salary determination, pay equity, hiring near top end atypical, etc. Also "Additionally, McGough offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. This includes insurance coverage for medical, dental, vision, life, and disability. We also provide generous retirement plans, voluntary benefit plans, parental leave, substantial paid time off, and holiday pay." We also have Work Environment/Travel, Physical Requirements. Those could be part of About the role? Or maybe we could add a section like "Work Environment" but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we should not create extra headings. So we need to incorporate that info into existing sections, maybe About the role or Responsibilities? But we must not lose that info. Could add a paragraph under About the role covering work environment and physical requirements. Similarly "Additional Duties As Assigned" is part of Responsibilities. Thus we need to ensure all details are included. Let's extract all substantive info: Intro about McGough: "McGough is a respected partner that brings six generations of experience to high profile, unique and complex construction projects. McGough employee tenure reflects the commitment and pride we share in our work. Ask anyone who knows us - the caliber of our people sets us apart."
