Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and optimize data integrations between enterprise applications to improve performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with departments across the University to analyze workflows, identify process improvements, and implement automation solutions.
- Monitor system performance and application integrations to ensure they align with institutional goals and business requirements.
- Serve as the primary technical and functional support for:
- Slate – Admissions (Online and International)
- Sunapsis – Office of International Services
- JICS – Campus Portal
- Provide backup support for system-related tasks in the Student Information System (Jenzabar) for departments such as the Business Office, Financial Aid, and the Registrar’s Office.
- Create and support Power Automate workflows and other Microsoft Power Platform solutions to streamline business processes and improve data accuracy, efficiency, and user experience.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through timely and clear written and verbal communication.
- Document system processes, procedures, and best practices.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.
- Preferred Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including experience with stored procedures and database programming.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with ETL tools, particularly Microsoft SSIS or comparable solutions.
- An ability to independently manage multiple tasks, projects, and support tickets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
- A high level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Experience in a higher education IT environment is strongly preferred.

Pay
The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.
