Position Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Enterprise Account Sales Executive to join our West Region team, residing in Seattle, WA or San Francisco, CA. You will own a territory and run it as if it’s your own business. This is a strategic, quota-carrying role responsible for building pipeline, managing accurate forecasts, and closing new logo business within enterprise accounts. You will represent Calero’s solutions to C-level executives and IT/Finance decision-makers across your territory.
What you own
- The number. Full accountability for new logo business growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing high-value opportunities
- The strategy. Build, manage and execute a regional strategy and plan for a defined territory
- The pipeline. Aggressively prospect to build a robust sales pipeline with a focus on new logo Fortune 2000 companies
- The forecast. Accurately manage your forecast and opportunity pipeline in CRM with a level of accuracy that reflects real judgment, not optimism
- The sales cycle. Lead complex, consultative sales cycles through discovery, business case development, executive presentations, proof-of-concept alignment, negotiation, through close
- The stakeholders. Engage multiple stakeholders across IT, Digital Workplace, Finance, Procurement and executive leadership
- The resources. Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to deliver tailored value
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise B2B software or managed services sales experience
- Prior experience in Telecom Expense Management (TEM) or Mobile Management Services (MMS) strongly preferred
- Proven ability to close six and seven-figure deals with executive stakeholders
- Track record of exceeding quota and managing complex sales cycles
- Self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

On Target Earnings (OTE)
The On Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is $230K.
