This position is based in the United States and focuses on building trusted relationships with senior executives at major staffing organizations to identify opportunities for long-term growth.

About the role

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline development through negotiation, closing, retention, and expansion. The role combines a strong hunter mentality with consultative selling and disciplined account management. You will have significant autonomy while collaborating with internal teams to deliver value to strategic customers in a fast-paced environment. Travel of up to 50% is required for customer meetings, demonstrations, industry engagements, and relationship development.

Responsibilities

  • Own the complete enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, qualification, relationship development, negotiation, contracting, closing, retention, and account expansion.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value staffing organizations, with a focus on new business and long-term revenue growth.
  • Prospect aggressively across new and existing staffing accounts through cold calling, targeted outreach, networking, and other business development activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with VPs, C-level executives, and other senior decision-makers within staffing organizations.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop a healthy sales pipeline while maintaining accurate activity and opportunity information in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
  • Conduct customer meetings, face-to-face visits, product demonstrations, webinars, and executive presentations to communicate the value of solutions effectively.
  • Lead contract negotiations and closing activities while addressing customer needs and advancing opportunities through complex buying processes.
  • Manage existing enterprise accounts to strengthen relationships, retain revenue, identify expansion opportunities, and increase account value.
  • Prepare customized sales presentations, proposals, demonstrations, and supporting materials for strategic prospects and customers.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and performance objectives.
  • Travel as needed, potentially up to 50%, to support customer meetings, relationship development, demonstrations, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams while maintaining a professional, customer-focused approach and representing the organization with integrity.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience working with staffing companies in an enterprise sales capacity, with strong knowledge of the staffing industry and its commercial landscape.
  • Proven success selling to large staffing organizations, ideally including top-tier or national staffing firms.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing new-logo business.
  • Strong experience developing and managing enterprise relationships with senior executives and key decision-makers.
  • Proven ability to prospect independently, generate new opportunities, and maintain a robust enterprise sales pipeline.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts and successfully growing existing customer relationships and revenue.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM and strong discipline around pipeline and account management.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • B2B and B2C sales experience is preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Highly self-motivated, competitive, and achievement-oriented, with a genuine drive to win and exceed ambitious targets.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment.
  • Adaptability and openness to change, with the ability to solve customer and business challenges proactively.
  • Strong commercial judgment and a professional, trustworthy approach to managing customer relationships and representing the organization.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $90,000 USD.
  • Target annual commission of $60,000 USD at 100% quota attainment, with actual compensation varying based on sales performance.
