About the Opportunity:The ACCOUNT MANAGER role is centered on building and maintaining strong client relationships and serving as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. This position is responsible for translating client goals into strategic digital marketing initiatives and ensuring their effective execution to drive measurable outcomes. The role directly impacts client success and contributes to the organization's growth by aligning campaigns with business objectives. Responsibilities:Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and objectives.Design and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO, paid advertising, social media, chat, and content marketing.Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.Identify opportunities for upselling and expanding services within existing accounts.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.Manage client budgets to optimize resource allocation and return on investment. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 2 years in client-facing account management.Proven ability to upsell and grow client accounts.Experience managing client relationships and delivering results.Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics such as SEO, social media, and paid advertising.Strong attention to detail and budget management skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to manage client expectations.Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure.Willingness to learn new tools and industry best practices. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Base salary range from $60,000 to $80,000, determined by factors including location, skills, education, and experience.Potential for discretionary bonuses or commissions.
