Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations for assigned accounts and act as the primary point of contact
- Prepare and deliver performance updates, replenishment reports, and meeting recaps
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product launches and task execution
- Cook with advertising managers to optimize client campaign performance
- Maintain strong client relationships through timely and professional communication
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise level client facing roles; marketing or sales experience is a plus
- Proficiency with G suite tools including Gmail, Google Calendar, Sheets, Google Docs, and Slack; experience with project management tools is a plus
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High emotional intelligence and ability to adapt to different client styles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
