About the role
At Sovos, we help businesses around the world navigate an increasingly complex regulatory landscape. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth within our existing client base by identifying opportunities to expand usage of Sovos compliance solutions. You will build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, uncover new use cases, and serve as a strategic partner and thought leader throughout their compliance journey.
Responsibilities
- Review and grow the value of Sovos' SaaS-based products and services within current accounts
- Build and manage a balanced pipeline across your assigned territory, driving account growth and contract management
- Deliver profitable new agreements within existing business while meeting and exceeding revenue targets and forecasting accurately within the month and quarter
- Develop a year-over-year track record of consistent performance using multiple contract management approaches and handling complex agreements within large enterprises
- Maintain accurate and detailed sales data in Salesforce
- Act with integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders
- Take full ownership of ensuring customer satisfaction for both internal and external clients
- Demonstrate initiative, drive, and determination to achieve results, growth, and success
- Bring a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to action
- Demonstrate self-awareness and a commitment to ongoing personal development and learning
- Communicate value clearly throughout the sales cycle and set accurate expectations for product implementation and use
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in enterprise account management, SaaS sales, or a related field
- Proven ability to manage complex agreements and grow revenue within existing accounts
- Strong territory planning skills and familiarity with consultative, customer-centric sales processes
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track pipeline and sales activity
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey value to a range of stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a high degree of accountability and follow-through
Due to client contractual obligations, the successful candidate will be asked to clear a background check and drug test upon hire.
