About the role
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key relationships with large enterprise clients. This includes developing strategic partnerships, driving sales initiatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client base
- Manage sales cycles from initial contact to close
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or account management
- Proven track record of successful client acquisition and retention
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
