Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to take ownership of some of our most strategic customer relationships. This is a high-impact, revenue-facing role where you'll be the primary driver of growth across your portfolio. Success in this role means becoming a true growth partner to your customers — trusted enough to influence decisions at every level of their organization, and effective enough to turn that trust into measurable, lasting account growth for Ivo.

What You'll Bring
8+ years of enterprise sales or account management experience in complex technical solutions, with a proven track record of exceeding growth goals and delivering net revenue retention.
Skilled at navigating complex organizations, securing executive buy-in, and building deep, lasting relationships across accounts.
Strong commercial acumen and skilled at structuring enterprise contracts, multi-year commitments, and navigating enterprise procurement and legal processes.
Ability to travel up to 50%
Entrepreneurial at heart — hands-on, creative, and team-oriented, motivated to define processes, build programs, and deliver excellence.
