Own and grow a high-value portfolio of private capital clients, be their trusted advisor, and drive real business impact. As an Enterprise Account Manager you will have exposure to industry leaders, chance to build scalable account practices and have a high-impact role. Intapp is revolutionizing the private capital markets around the world with AI, data, transparency, leading product and excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a dedicated portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention and net-new adoption of Intapp solutions
- Build and deepen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that convert opportunity into measurable expansion
- Lead quarterly business reviews and regular client check-ins to align on outcomes and next steps
- Monitor client health using quantitative and qualitative signals and act proactively to remove friction
- Partner across Sales, Product, Services, and Customer Success to deliver seamless client experiences and scalable operational improvements
- Provide thought leadership on capital markets trends and how Intapp addresses them
- Plan and run targeted client outreach programs and events
- Own and execute team-level initiatives that improve processes and drive results
Requirements
- 8+ years in Account Management at SaaS, technology, or subscription businesses, with a history of growing and retaining executive-level relationships
- Familiarity with private equity / financial services markets
- Proven track record closing expansion deals or driving renewal expansion at the executive level
- Strategic thinker who identifies opportunities, builds executable plans, and delivers results
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a bias for ownership and timely follow-through
- CRM experience
- Willingness to travel and present to clients as needed
