About the role
As an Enterprise Account Manager at FERMÀT, you will be responsible for growing and expanding the customer base of enterprise accounts. Your primary focus will be on upselling and renewing contracts, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and translating customer needs into revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Own upsell and renewal across a book of enterprise accounts
- Build and map relationships across accounts, from day-to-day contacts to the C-suite
- Drive real expansion by selling additional products and use cases
- Translate customer's AI transformation priorities into revenue opportunities
- Partner closely with the Forward Deployed Engineering team to ensure technical and product success
- Help build the playbook for enterprise account management at FERMÀT as the function scales
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management experience with a quota on your book of business
- Demonstrated track record of driving meaningful expansion within existing accounts
- Ability to build and sustain executive-level relationships
- Strong business communication skills
- Genuine comfort with AI as a topic
Qualifications
- Fluent in the language of business transformation
- High-agency and self-directed
- Excited about AI
