Join our mission to shape the future of AI voice technology. Our AI & Dataset team is seeking a motivated Account Manager dedicated to driving client success and long-term retention.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Manage relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders with our largest customers and prospects. Serve as their primary point of contact and exceed their expectations.
- Involvement in negotiating Statement of Work (SOW) with clients and facilitating project requests in a purpose-driven environment.
- Closing new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Prospecting for new clients, design product presentations and business cases, develop and deliver proposals, negotiate and close contracts.
- Navigate complex organizational structures and identify executive sponsors and champions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies and tactics to generate pipeline, drive sales opportunities, and deliver repeatable and predictable bookings.
- Create customized proposals, pricing, and business cases tailored to enterprise clients’ needs.
- Maintain a robust, accurate pipeline in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
- Work closely with Professional Services to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous on-the-job experience in an individual contributor in a sales position with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Proven track record of closing complex enterprise deals.
- Proven ability to identify and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
- Proven ability to listen, extrapolate information, and leverage resources to effectively provide solutions to customer needs.
- Strong interpersonal and customer interface skills.
- Strong contract negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience with Salesforce CRM is considered an asset.

Pay
OTE Range: $150,000-$230,000

Remote Work Details: While you are always welcome at our Ontario hub, your attendance is optional. If we ever require your presence for a specific event, we’ve got you covered: travel and accommodations will be fully funded.
