Department: GTM SalesLocation: New YorkCompensation: $270,000 - $325,002 / year Description We’re hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to open the US market for PAIR, landing the enterprise customers who will define how we sell in America. Most sales roles ask you to sell a tool. This one asks you to change how organisations think and work. We’ve built strong traction in the UK, and as one of our first sellers on the ground in New York, the deals you close will shape how thousands of people work with AI. In the words of Carlos Espinal, Managing Partner at Seedcamp: “The growth you’ve built here is real, and rare.” You’ll start by hunting and landing new logos, with a real hand in shaping our US sales motion as the team grows around you. What you'll own Your pipeline: Build and convert a healthy enterprise pipeline through your network, targeted outbound, partners and events. Many of the organisations we want to work with aren’t yet looking for an AI transformation platform, so you’ll create the demand as well as close it.Discovery and the value case: Start with the customer’s AI strategy - what they’ve deployed, where it’s creating value and where it’s stalled - and turn that into a clear value hypothesis with measurable outcomes. You sell the outcome, not the demo.Enterprise deals, end to end: Lead multi-stakeholder deals across the C-suite, Data, IT, Security, HR and Procurement, often speaking to a CHRO, CIO and CISO in the same deal. Keep momentum through legal and security due diligence, and structure multi-year contracts that reflect the size of the opportunity. Sales cycles run from four weeks to several months. The US motion: Bring back market intelligence, objections and customer evidence that sharpen our positioning, product and commercial approach. What we're looking for We hire for aptitude, hunger and a bias to action over years of experience. This role works best for someone who is self-sufficient - you prepare properly, follow through and move deals forward without needing to be chased. You'll bring evidence of:Closing new-logo enterprise software or AI deals in the US, with consistent quota attainmentBuilding pipeline independently and running multi-threaded deals across C-suite, Procurement and technical stakeholdersDiscovery-led, consultative selling focused on change and business outcomesDisciplined pipeline management, credible forecasting and strong commercial judgement across proposals, SOWs and negotiationCuriosity about AI and how it changes the way organisations work - you don’t need to be an expert when you join, but you’ll want to form your own point of view quickly.Useful but not essential:Selling AI, workforce transformation, change management or adoption programmesAn existing New York enterprise network, particularly in financial services, professional services, technology or mediaExperience as an early or founding seller in a new marketManaging vendor-risk reviews, DPAs and security questionnairesWe know great candidates don't always tick every box. If the scope excites you and you think your experience could translate, we'd love to hear from you. What you'll get OTE: $270,000 - $325,002 (50% base/50% commission)Base salary: $135,000 - $162,501Commission at target: $135,000 - $162,501A small, early US team that stays closely connected to London - you’ll spend time with UK colleagues at key company moments, and our UK leadership team regularly works from New York.PTO: 20 daysLearning: access to the best AI tools and PAIR's own masterclassesA path to grow your career: we're an early stage company that promotes from within.
