What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning and executing a territory strategy across target enterprise accounts
- Building pipeline through outbound, cold outreach, inbound leads, and partner referrals
- Managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles end-to-end
- Delivering consultative demos, commercial proposals, and business cases
- Engaging senior stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Personalisation, Data, and C-suite functions
- Partnering with Solutions and Customer Success teams to drive onboarding and expansion opportunities
- Maintaining clear pipeline visibility, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Fed customer and market insight back into Product and Leadership teams
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience selling enterprise SaaS / digital marketing technology
- Strong track record managing complex enterprise sales cycles and large deal values
- Experience selling consultatively using frameworks such as Challenger, MEDDIC, or similar
- Strong understanding of the MarTech ecosystem and enterprise buying processes
- Comfortable selling business outcomes and commercial value, not just features
- Confident engaging senior marketing stakeholders and C-suite buyers
- Highly proactive, self-starting, and commercially driven
Strong Plus
- Experience in AI, MarTech, personalisation, or data-led SaaS
- Experience selling into CMOs, CRM, Lifecycle, or Personalisation teams
- Familiarity with enterprise procurement and multi-threaded buying environments
