Description The Account Executive works closely with account management to support the planning and execution of account-specific marketing programs. 3 years of prior CPG or ad agency experience, a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace and strong communication skills. Additional experience with consumer packaged goods and/or retail marketing is a plus. May travel up to 25% of time. Develop estimates, track expenses, invoicing, develop and manage timelines, keep team abreast of critical dates, schedule meetings as needed, write and update weekly job status reports, handle general administrative requests as needed. Responsibilities Essential Functions of this Position Train/supervise/oversee effective completion of all Account Coordinator job responsibilitiesInitiate regular client status meetings for all on-going projects including anticipating upcoming projectsAttend client meetings (in-person and via phone)Serve as primary day-to-day client contact at appropriate levelWrite/coordinate the creation of case studies for completed projectsObtain samples for Agency archiveDevelop, nurture, and maintain client relationshipsExpand client relationships beyond "normal" day-to-day contactsReview trade journals, newspapers, magazines, and web-sites specific to client's industry to be aware of and stay abreast of marketing mix functions (integrated marketing, direct marketing, promotional marketing, etc.) and the objectives, strategies and tactics utilizedWrite recaps of meetings and issue within 24 hours of meeting/discussionProvide/develop preparation materials for brainstorm meetingsParticipate in brainstorm meetings, time permittingFulfill miscellaneous client requests (retrieval and distribution of logos, artwork, etc.)Utilize Agency planning documents, e.g., job briefBe a resource for planning (both client and field based)Ensure recommended program solutions fulfill clients sales/marketing goals and brand standardsAssist or lead in presentation of conceptsBe the primary team member responsible for creative process, facilitation/management, and creative presentationsEnsure receipt of client-approved Creative Guidelines/Communication prioritiesSupport account lead in presentation of creativeEnsure recommended creative solution fulfills approved Creative Guidelines and Communication PrioritiesAssist creative by providing clients with a variety of solutionsObtain all existing electronic files and artwork from other client vendors as needed for projectsFollow Agency process and proceduresOversee the implementation and management of any sweepstakes administration, rebates, etc.Manage budget and timeline keeping Agency and client teams abreast of deviationsWork closely with retail field team and client team to support them in generating new ideas/strategic concepts for platforms as well as retail custom promotionsSupport execution of retail custom promotions/platforms with account team and internal departmentsIncrease profitability by ensuring appropriate mark ups are utilized in all estimating and billingAssist in development of monthly estimates of client billing and profitHelp Director/Supervisor manage overall profitability of accountsKeep clients and team abreast of changes in the project that may affect the overall budget and/or timingBe willing, able, readily available to work outside of "normal hours"Be a team player to your specific account team(s)Assist and grow relations with Mosaic Client Services and Customer/Client Business ManagersBe willing to assist team in any wayProvide follow-up on discussions, issues, projects, etc. internally & with clientsMiscellaneous duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Education and Work Experience Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience requiredThree years agency experience in retail or consumer packaged goods preferredResearch/analysis experiences a plus Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Requirements Proven leadership, organization, and communications skillsTeam player with a positive attitudeSelf-starter with strong analytical problem-solving abilityAbility to effectively develop and communicate ideas to upper managementAbility to handle multiple projectsKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications About Us Acosta, and its subsidiaries, is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Category: Administration Business Unit: Corporate Salary Range: $########### - $########### Company: Mosaic Sales Solutions US Operating Co, LLC Req ID: 35327
