About The Team
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities while collaborating with internal and external resources.
About The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Proactively develop and execute comprehensive account/territory plans
- Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Understand and communicate Obsidian Security's value proposition to customers
- Work closely with partners and alliances to optimize opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Customer Support teams
- Accurately forecast and manage pipeline
- Participate in sales enablement training
Requirements
Qualifications include:
- 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
- Strong understanding of sales concepts and methods
- Ability to maintain and manage client relationships
- Effective prospecting and deal qualification skills
- Strong ability to understand customer business issues and needs
- Self-starter with a proven track record of success
- Knowledgeable about market trends and competitor analysis
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills

Pay Transparency
The base salary range for this position is $124,000 USD - $176,000 USD. Additional compensation may include equity awards, sales commission, and incentive compensation.
