About The Position

By collecting and analyzing data across social media, eCommerce, blogs, forums, reviews, and other digital channels, Revuze helps leading global brands and retailers understand the Voice of the Customer and turn insights into measurable business outcomes across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Global VP of Sales & GTM.
- Drive strategic growth across enterprise and Fortune 500 organizations in North America.
- Expand Revuze's footprint within existing CPG and retail customers by introducing new use cases for social media intelligence and Voice of Customer solutions.
- Build executive relationships across Social Media, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Consumer Insights, Customer Experience, Communications, and eCommerce.
- Lead complex sales cycles focused on social media monitoring, brand reputation, audience insights, and consumer intelligence.
- Engage marketing and social leaders to address challenges in brand perception, customer engagement, competitive benchmarking, trend analysis, and campaign performance.
- Position Revuze as a strategic platform that transforms social conversations and consumer feedback into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrate how social intelligence complements Voice of Customer data to improve marketing, customer experience, innovation, and business growth.
- Guide customers through use cases including social listening, brand health, competitive intelligence, trend detection, influencer analysis, and sentiment tracking.
- Lead executive discussions on the business impact of social intelligence and AI-driven analytics.
- Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.
- Translate customer needs and market trends into compelling business cases that drive expansion.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success teams to maximize customer success.
- Act as a trusted advisor on social media intelligence, AI, consumer behavior, and digital engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience within the social media, social management, or social intelligence space.
- Consistent track record of exceeding quota on complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.
- C-level: proven Experience engaging with executive stakeholders and navigating large, matrixed organizations.
- Experience selling into CPG, retail, consumer insights and social teams - Advantage
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA is a plus.
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, SDR, and Customer Success teams to drive alignment, customer value, and long-term growth.
- Ability to serve as a trusted advisor on emerging trends in social listening, consumer intelligence, and AI-powered analytics.
