Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle for new Skilled Nursing and post-acute customers, from prospecting through executive negotiations and close.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for regional and national operators, health systems, and post-acute organizations.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including COOs, CIOs, Clinical leaders, Operations, Finance, and ITP.
- Persistently partner with the Skilled Nursing General Manager to execute Sage's go-to-market strategy, refine account priorities, and support expansion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene while consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Represent Sage at customer meetings, executive briefings, and industry conferences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, healthcare technology sales, or commercial roles serving the skilled nursing industry.
- A consistent track record of exceeding quota, growing revenue, or delivering measurable commercial results.
- A deep understanding of the skilled nursing market and established relationships with SNF decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Existing relationships with executive buyers across skilled nursing and familiarity with SNF operations, reimbursement, staffing workflows, regulatory requirements, or clinical technology.
- Experience selling clinical operations software, EHRs, nurse call, workforce technology, AI, or other healthcare operational platforms.
- Experience or comfort at early stage startups.
Benefits and Pay
- Location: Remote role based in the United States with up to 50% travel to customer sites, industry events, and Sage's New York City headquarters.
- Annual Compensation Range: $150,000–$175,000 USD base salary, with total on-target earnings (OTE) of $250,000–$300,000 USD.
