Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies targeting enterprise customers to drive long-term growth
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and hitting revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with customer needs throughout the sales process
- Identify customer pain points and deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations
- Build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers to become a trusted advisor
- Lead account planning efforts to research and strategize on potential customers for new business
- Monitor sales activities, forecast opportunities, and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, particularly in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments
- Proven record of closing complex deals with senior-level executives in large organizations
- Strong consultative selling skills to understand and meet complex customer needs
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for high-stakes discussions
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce for tracking and managing sales performance
- Knowledge of open-source software and APIs is a plus
Pay
$120,000 – $180,000 annually
