Enterprise Account Executive, Pharmaceuticals

They’re seeking a senior Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow some of TailorMed's most strategic pharmaceutical manufacturer relationships.

Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts
- Develop trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across market access, patient services, commercial, and brand teams
- Lead account strategy focused on renewals, expansion opportunities, and long-term customer success
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews and serve as the primary executive-facing relationship owner
- Identify opportunities to expand TailorMed's footprint within existing customers
- Partner closely with Product, R&D, Customer Success, Implementation, and Executive Leadership to advocate for customer needs
- Help shape customer engagement strategy and best practices as TailorMed continues to scale its pharmaceutical business
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving measurable business outcomes
Requirements
- 10+ years of Customer Success, Enterprise Account Management, Strategic Partnerships, or related experience within B2B SaaS
- Direct experience managing pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts is required
- Proven track record of driving enterprise renewals, expansions, and executive-level relationships
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical market access, patient support, and commercialization
- Experience leading Executive Business Reviews with VP and C-suite stakeholders
- Strategic, consultative mindset with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Approximately 20% travel

Pay
~$160–180K Base + MBO Bonus
