About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will manage client accounts within the higher education sector, focusing on Nursing curriculum materials, patient simulations, and NCLEX prep testing products. Your primary goal is to drive success at institutions using our flagship products and grow Elsevier’s footprint across Nursing programs.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts by promoting and selling our Nursing curriculum materials and digital products
- Drive revenue growth by ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our solutions
- Identify client needs through solution-based selling techniques and demonstrate the full value of our product offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service, coordinate training, and make recommendations based on performance to support and grow your accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner
- Track sales pipeline, leads, and sales cycle using CRM systems like Salesforce
- Play a lead role in renewing and upselling to our enterprise customers
Requirements
- Proven sales experience in technology, higher education, publishing, or healthcare industries
- Excellent customer engagement skills and a focus on delivering high-quality service
- Excellent communication skills to present complex technical information to diverse audiences
- Familiarity with curriculum-based SaaS tools or educational technology systems
- A customer-centric approach to relationship building and collaboration
- A genuine interest in health science education and technology integration in education
- A valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
- Reside within the territory
