About the role
We are seeking an enterprise Account Executive to build customer relationships, beat sales quota, map solutions to customer needs, quantify business value, and close business. This role collaborates with marketing, customer experience, product management, legal, and finance teams.
Responsibilities
- Pipeline Generation: Source and qualify new business opportunities; develop ~30% of annual book of business; advance inbound and partner opportunities; maintain pipeline hygiene and coverage.
- Relationship Development: Understand target customer’s business, processes, and challenges; develop relationships with multiple buying personas.
- Value Framing: Connect prospect’s business objectives with Ketch solution; build business case; articulate a better future.
- Sales Execution: Conduct effective account discovery; apply MEDDPICC; develop pitch/proposal materials; handle objections; document in Salesforce; drive opportunities to Closed/Won.
- Product Knowledge: Develop high-level functional and technical understanding of Ketch products; align demos to customer needs.
Qualifications
- 7+ years quota-carrying, consultative sales at a SaaS company in data privacy or adtech/martech sectors
- 2+ years average deal sizes $150K–$500K
- 4+ years proposal writing and pitch material development
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical solutions into measurable business value
- Results-driven, proven ability to beat sales targets
- History of success in virtual global team environment
- Exceptional time management and people alignment skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Base Salary: $140,000 – $175,000 (US), plus commission + equity + benefits
