About the role

Join a pioneering SaaS company revolutionizing compliance infrastructure for content-heavy regulated industries. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in transforming how marketing and legal teams ensure regulatory adherence while maintaining speed and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in regulated industries like FinTech, healthcare, or insurance.
  • Close high-value deals in a rapidly growing startup environment, impacting leading brands such as PayPal, Nerdwallet, and Brex.
  • Understand and articulate complex pain points related to legal, compliance, and marketing workflows to potential clients.
  • Communicate effectively and negotiate successfully to secure new business for the company.
  • Work independently in a remote setting, handling a sales cycle of 2 to 6 weeks for SMB clients or up to 6 months for enterprise deals.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in full-cycle sales, with experience hunting new logos in a B2B SaaS setting.
  • Strong ability to understand and articulate complex pain points related to legal, compliance, and marketing workflows.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries such as FinTech, healthcare, or insurance is a plus.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling compliance or legal tech solutions.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered SaaS platforms.
  • Existing network within regulated industries.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Law, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, ideally with enterprise or SMB clients.

Skills

  • Willingness to travel as needed, including quarterly team meetings in NYC.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and handle a sales cycle of 2 to 6 weeks for SMB clients or up to 6 months for enterprise deals.
  • Confidence in managing an annual quota of approximately $1 million.
