The role of Enterprise Account Executive is being recruited by Jill, an AI Recruiter, on behalf of a Series B AI infrastructure startup based in San Francisco, USA.
About the role
You will drive the adoption of a category-defining AI video platform, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing complex enterprise deals. Working directly with leadership, you'll shape the go-to-market strategy for a revolutionary interface, helping sophisticated buyers integrate lifelike conversational AI agents into their core business workflows.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including self-sourced pipeline generation, closing net-new enterprise accounts, and renewals.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to translate enterprise customer feedback into the core product roadmap.
- Arcitect the foundational go-to-market motion and sales playbooks for a completely new product category.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a proven history of exceeding $1M+ annual quotas.
- Demonstrated success closing complex, six- and seven-figure deals within fast-growing startup environments.
- Exceptional prospecting skills and the ability to navigate sophisticated enterprise buyer personas and technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodologies and tools.
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in large enterprises.
