About the role
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on Redgate's most important accounts. You'll own a defined portfolio of key customers — building deep relationships, understanding their business challenges, and positioning Redgate's solutions to deliver genuine value across their organization.
Responsibilities
- Own and grow ARR across a portfolio of top-tier accounts through strategic account planning and execution
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders (VP and above), becoming a go-to partner for their data and database challenges
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through to close, including six-figure deals
- Stay sharp on the competitive landscape and use that knowledge to position Redgate effectively
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success to deliver a joined-up experience for your accounts
Requirements
- Proven experience in a quota-carrying technical sales role, with a track record of closing complex deals
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with 1,000+ employees and navigating multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable engaging at senior executive level — you can hold a strategic conversation as confidently as a commercial one
- Genuine curiosity about technology and a growth mindset — you want to keep getting better
