The Role
We’re hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to help scale Plot’s revenue motion. This is a full cycle role with clear ownership across both inbound and outbound — ideal for someone who enjoys thoughtful prospecting, strong discovery, and selling into modern marketing teams.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Actively source and develop outbound pipeline in addition to handling inbound leads
- Use modern sales and data tooling (e.g. Clay, enrichment, automation, AI workflows) to creatively source, research, and build outbound pipeline in a lean sales org
- Build and execute a targeted outbound strategy focused on high-fit brands and accounts
- Lead strong discovery with social, brand, and marketing leaders to uncover real problems
- Run product demos that connect Plot’s value to creativity, speed, and strategic impact
- Partner with founders, marketing, and CS to close, expand, and learn from deals
- Maintain clean pipeline, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
What You'll Do
You’ll work closely with founders and marketing leadership, build your own pipeline, and help define how we sell as we grow.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of AE experience, ideally in B2B Enteterprise SaaS
- Proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound, not just close inbound
- Experience using modern outbound tooling (Clay or similar), enrichment, or automation to build and scale pipeline
- Experience selling into marketing, social, or brand enterprise teams (marketing tech a plus)
- Strong discovery and consultative selling skills
- Comfortable selling a strategic platform, not a single feature tool
- Energized by being in office in New York and building alongside a growing team
