About the role

Close enterprise and some large enterprise deals in a high-growth environment (ACVs of $100K to multiple 6 figures)

Build out the sales motion for our journey to Series B

This will be a full-cycle role with a 50/50 inbound to outbound split

Responsibilities

  • Close enterprise and some large enterprise deals in a high-growth environment (ACVs of $100K to multiple 6 figures)
  • Build out the sales motion for our journey to Series B
  • Manage enterprise sales cycles
  • Design and implement sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks

Requirements

  • 2+ years of enterprise closing experience and 5+ years of total closing experience
  • Comfortable sourcing own deals
  • Experience building and managing sales cycles
  • Ability to think creatively and help shape sales strategy
  • Desire to join a high-growth series-A startup
  • Willingness to travel to conferences and customer sites to close deals

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of closing enterprise deals
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, OTE, cash bonuses, quarterly accelerators, and equity

Pay

  • $320K - $360K OTE
