Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, and marketing-generated opportunities.
- Own the entire sales cycle from first conversation through signed agreement.
- Lead thoughtful discovery that uncovers business challenges, not just product requirements.
- Earn the trust of VP and C-level executives by leading consultative, business-first conversations.
- Build account strategies that create momentum across complex buying committees.
- Partner closely with Business Development, Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Partnerships to win deals.
- Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations that connect our platform to measurable business outcomes.
- Navigate RFPs, procurement, legal, and commercial negotiations with confidence.
- Consistently exceed your annual quota while raising the bar for the entire team.
Skills And Qualifications
- You’ve built a career selling complex enterprise software and have the results to prove it.
- A track record of consistently exceeding quota.
- Experience closing six-figure SaaS deals with enterprise organizations.
- Confidence selling to executive buyers and navigating multiple stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with exceptional discovery and qualification skills.
- The ability to build pipeline instead of waiting for it.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Highly organized, accountable, and competitive.
- Coachable enough to seek feedback and confident enough to lead executive conversations.
- A team-first mindset with a genuine desire to help others succeed.

Compensation
The compensation range for this role is [$X–$Y]. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, qualifications, alignment with the role’s requirements and location.
