We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Content: - Remote Eligible, must be able to travel up to 30% within US - About Us: description of Clasp. - What We Need: description of role. - What You’ll Do: list of responsibilities. - What You’ll Need: list of requirements. - What Will Set You Apart: additional nice-to-have. - What We Give In Return: benefits. - Salary: base salary range and OTE. - Closing: mission statement, EEO etc (should be removed as boilerplate? The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove EEO statement. Also closing mission statement maybe not boilerplate? It's more about mission; could keep as part of About Us? But it's after closing. Might be considered fluff but not boilerplate. However we should keep substantive info. The closing includes: "We’re building something special at Clasp..." and "We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace..." That's EEO-ish. Probably remove as boilerplate. Safer to remove the EEO paragraph. Keep the mission building something special? Might be considered fluff but not boilerplate. However it's somewhat generic. I'd keep it as part of About Us? But we already have About Us earlier. Could incorporate into About Us? But we must not invent content. Better to keep as a separate section maybe "About the role"? Actually we have sections: About the role (maybe from What We Need). Responsibilities (What You’ll Do). Requirements (What You’ll Need). Qualifications (maybe What Will Set You Apart). Skills (maybe tools). Benefits (What We Give In Return). Pay (Salary). Schedule (maybe remote eligible travel). We need to include Schedule only if posting states it. It says "Remote Eligible, must be able to travel up to 30% within US". That's schedule/location info. So we can create a Schedule section with that. Now we need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. The salary section includes "competitive and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and industry knowledge". That's filler; we should not include that phrase if it's just filler. However we still need to include the salary range and OTE. The instruction: "never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD")". So we should not include a Pay section if the only content is filler? But we have actual numbers: base salary range $120k-$140k, OTE $260k-$300k. That's substantive. However the sentence also includes filler phrase. We can extract the substantive numbers and maybe phrase as "

Base salary range: $120,000–$140,000 annually; on‑target earnings: $260,000–$300,000.

" plus mention equity component. That's substantive. The filler phrase can be omitted. Now Benefits: "Competitive cash and equity compensationHealth benefits (health, dental, & vision)401k matchCommuter benefitsFlexible PTO policyOpportunities to grow and perform in a fast-paced environment alongside a stellar team." That's substantive. Now we need to decide sections. Potential sections: - About the role (maybe from What We Need). Could be a short paragraph summarizing role. - Responsibilities (What You’ll Do) as list. - Requirements (What You’ll Need) as list. - Qualifications/Skills: Could combine What Will Set You Apart and maybe tools as Skills. But we need to follow headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections with real content. Let's extract content: About the role: Could be from "What We Need" paragraph: "Clasp is looking for a high-performing Account Executive to hunt and close long-term, high-value customer partnerships. This is a consultative, enterprise sales role for someone who thrives in complex buying environments, owns a deal end-to-end, and brings curiosity, discipline, and strategic thinking to every deal." That's substantive. Responsibilities: bullet list from "What You’ll Do". We'll convert each sentence to
  • . Requirements: bullet list from "What You’ll Need". Convert each bullet. Qualifications: maybe from "What Will Set You Apart": items like showing sales skills during interview, experience selling in Healthcare, selling to HR/Talent Acquisition, familiarity with modern sales tools (Hubspot, Google Drive, ZoomInfo, Fathom). That's more like nice-to-have/skills. Could treat as Skills. Skills: maybe list of tools and experiences. But we have overlapping. Let's decide: - Qualifications: maybe the core requirements (2+ years quota, startup experience, consultative sales cycles, coachability, curiosity, ability to customize messaging, comfort with multi-stakeholder, comfort with evolving processes, ownership discipline). That's from What You’ll Need. - Skills: maybe the "What Will Set You Apart" items: interview preparation, healthcare sales, HR/Talent Acquisition sales, familiarity with specific tools. But the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one section? But headings are predefined; we can still include both if they have content. We need to avoid filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's draft:

    Schedule

Remote eligible; must be able to travel up to 30% within the US.

Check for any filler: In Pay we omitted the filler phrase. Good. Check for any duplicated lines: none. Check for any boilerplate: we removed EEO etc. Check for any missing info: The About Us description of Clasp is not included. Should we include that? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." The About Us is about company, not role. Could be part of About the role? But we already have About the role paragraph from What We Need. The About Us description is substantive about company mission. Should we include it? Possibly as part of About the role? But the heading "About the role" is for role description, not company. However we could add a separate section "About the company" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings list does not include About the company. So we might incorporate Clasp mission into About the role? But that would be mixing. However the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for those sections. It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The e.g. suggests those are examples, but we should likely stick to those. The About Us description is substantive; we could include it under About the role? Might be okay to add a brief sentence about Clasp mission within About the role. But we already have a paragraph about role. Could extend it: "Clasp is transforming access to education and career pathways..." etc. That would be about company but still under About the role heading. Might be acceptable. Better to add a short paragraph about Clasp mission within About the role. Let's incorporate after the role description. Thus About the role paragraph: combine role description and company mission. Let's craft:
