Core Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by prospecting, qualifying, and closing enterprise deals with law firms and financial institutions
- Develop and execute account plans to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets of 6-figure+ ACVs
- Personally execute on all aspects of the sales process—from cold outreach and email follow-ups to demos and contract negotiations
- Navigate C-Suite environments and build relationships with decision-makers
- Partner with product and customer success teams to ensure successful implementations and identify expansion opportunities
- Articulate Centari's value proposition through high-impact presentations and demos that translate technical AI capabilities into business value
- Build and maintain your own sales pipeline metrics, activity dashboards, and follow-up systems
- Provide strategic feedback that continues to shape our product roadmap and go-to-market strategies
Requirements
- Exceptional enterprise sales performance with 3-5 years closing complex B2B SaaS deals
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in environments with long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience prospecting and closing deals with 6-figure+ ACVs
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to "run through brick walls" to achieve objectives
- Expertise at the fundamentals of enterprise sales, including outbounds, follow-ups, and managing your own pipeline
- Experience with modern sales methodologies and CRM platforms (HubSpot expertise preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to navigate enterprise procurement processes and negotiate complex contracts
- Track record of building and maintaining relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or JD a plus
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time
