HybridSales$100/hrFull-time
About the role
This full-cycle sales professional should be high performing, passionate about AI and enterprise sales, and love solving real-world challenges. This hybrid position comes into the Chicago-based office 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
- Own the sales process end-to-end: from first call to signed contract, across pilots and enterprise ACV deals.
- Build trust and alignment with executives at mid-market to enterprise manufacturers ($100M–$5B in revenue).
- Sell a new category: AI-guided selling and discovery, with clear ROI and product-market fit.
- Act fast, follow up quickly, pick up the phone, and maintain momentum without hand-holding.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and product to refine the pitch, pricing, and playbook.
- Attend various trade shows throughout the year.
- Partner with our cross-functional teams to help drive product strategy and operations.
- Work closely with our Implementation, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Alliances teams to ensure long-term success for our customers.
Requirements
- Full-cycle SaaS sales experience.
- Proven ability to read the room, adapting communication style and approach based on verbal and nonverbal cues.
- Communicate with executive polish, but sell with curiosity, grit, and urgency.
- Able to bring high energy, enthusiasm, and conviction to client interactions, inspiring confidence and trust.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to generate ideas, articulate a vision, and identify opportunities independently.
- Coachable, accountable, and not afraid to pick up the phone or own the next step.
- Strong grasp of the current landscape of AI technologies and the ability to translate their business implications to customers.
- Ability to thrive and adapt to change in a very fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented, highly-motivated, strategic thinker, with the ability to deep dive and execute.
- Thrives in ambiguous environments and is motivated to build, test, and iterate, not limited to executing from a predefined playbook.
- Excellent follow-up skills, integrity, and professionalism.
- Solid general business acumen, with an understanding of key functions such as operations, marketing, and finance.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience selling into manufacturing, industrials, or complex buyer journeys.
