About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Account Executive for Protection & Benefits, FMG’s team focused on property and casualty (P&C) insurance, life insurance, and health and benefits agencies and brokers.

- You are a strong independent contributor who is passionate about driving growth, has a servant-leader mindset, and is excited to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
- You develop and execute successful enterprise sales strategies to generate leads and sales.
- You have experience in the insurance industry and a proven track record of prospecting and selling SaaS solutions to C-level and decision-making executives of Top 100 insurance agencies, insurance carriers, insurance networks, and insurance agency aggregation companies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Establish clear sales goals, metrics, and performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development and marketing initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision making.
- Enhance market awareness, position our products effectively, and generate a healthy flow of new sales opportunities.
- Manage and scale key accounts, with an emphasis on hunting new opportunities to achieve personal revenue targets.
- Play a key role in shaping the company’s future, particularly its enterprise growth strategy.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales leadership roles with a focus on selling SaaS products to property and casualty (P&C), life, and health insurance and benefits businesses.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Solid understanding of the Insurance industry, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles and manage customer implementations of technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to clearly write documents and deliver presentations tailored to diverse audiences, including both business and IT stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex decision-making processes.
- Experience with sales technology stack (CRM, BI and AI tools, etc.).
- Strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Benefits
- Compensation: $140,000-$150,000 with OTE of up to $300,000.
