About the role
The role is a full-cycle hunter position aimed at securing new enterprise logos for a high-growth identity governance platform. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in enterprise field sales, with a focus on selling identity, security, or infrastructure solutions to senior executives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to identify and close net-new enterprise accounts.
- Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery through to negotiation and final close.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure technical alignment and long-term customer value.
Requirements
- Proven success in enterprise field sales, consistently exceeding quotas with complex software.
- Deep experience selling identity, security, or infrastructure solutions to senior executives like CISOs and VPs.
- A self-starter mindset comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales methodologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
