About the role

As one of the first dedicated Enterprise Account Executives at Phonely, you will own the full sales cycle from initial discovery to closing complex deals. Leveraging your existing network of call center leaders, you’ll drive revenue for a platform trusted by 10,000+ businesses and help shape the future of enterprise voice AI.

Responsibilities

• Source and close high-value enterprise deals by multi-threading across Operations, Revenue, and CX stakeholders to drive structured procurement processes.
• Lead technical discovery sessions focused on complex call flows, booking rules, and compliance constraints to design bespoke AI voice solutions.
• Partner closely with product and solutions teams to scope pilots and translate market intelligence into the core product roadmap.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of enterprise closing experience with a demonstrable book of business involving call center operators or executives.
• Proven success selling into high-volume industries such as insurance, home services, BPOs, or lead generation platforms.
• Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to navigate technical topics and drive outcomes rather than just pitching features.
