About the role
The Enterprise Account Executive plays a crucial role in driving new revenue for Litera's enterprise accounts. This position involves strategic account management, relationship-building, and value-based selling to expand partnerships and close deals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales through strategic account management, influence, and relationship-building
- Manage the deal process, form discovery through close
- Identify and execute on new growth opportunities within current clients
- Work cross-functionally to build and cultivate relationships
- Expand relationships and grow partnerships within each customer
- Prospect into current customer accounts for cross-sell opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience selling enterprise software solutions, preferably within global law firms or the legal technology industry
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and multi-stakeholder decision-making environments
- Strong executive presence with the ability to build credibility and trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior business leaders
- Passion for learning, positioning, and evangelizing technology solutions that solve complex business challenges
- Results-driven mindset with strong organizational and collaboration skills, and a consistent track record of achieving or exceeding quota goals
- Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a collaborative and transparent approach both internally and externally
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint

Benefits
Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, and a 401(k) contribution. The salary range for eligible residents in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Rhode Island, or Washington is $100,000 to $143,000.
