About the role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Director to focus on high-value accounts within the US Mid-Size Law Firm segment. You will work alongside the VP of Sales to execute a sales strategy that results in revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
What you'll be doing
- Identify and engage potential clients, strategically qualifying leads to build a robust sales pipeline
- Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Plan, coordinate and execute sales presentations to inform, persuade, educate and ultimately close business
- Attend seminars, trade shows, and other events to pitch DeepJudge and meet existing and prospective clients
- Travel to both existing and prospective clients, fostering market share growth and effectively promoting and selling our tools
- Learn, develop and evangelize new ways for DeepJudge to differentiate itself in the marketplace
What we are looking for
- 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally selling to legal or regulated industries
- A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
- US-based candidate (East Coast preferred), able to operate effectively in a fully remote environment
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and "get things done" without an established regional template
- Honest seller approach, consulting internally to ensure we deliver on our promises
- Enterprise search or agentic AI experience is an asset
