Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI-driven HR solutions.
• Analyze and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and candidate engagement.
• Support the integration of our products with existing HR technologies and platforms.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI models and algorithms.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in software development, data science, or a related technical field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in HR or related domains.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of HR technologies, applicant tracking systems (ATS), or recruitment platforms is a plus.
