Job Summary/Basic Function: High School Dual Enrollment (HSDE) is a program that allows high school students to earn college-level credits while completing their high school credentials. This expert-level position assists students, faculty, administrators, and third parties with academic records and transcripts, admission, financial aid, graduation, recruitment, registration, and scholarships.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- One year of related experience or a combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service expertise.
- Strong verbal communication, written communication, and listening skills.
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability and willingness to become a skilled user of WSU’s student information system and other technological tools used within enrollment services.
- College employment experience in academic advisement, registration, admissions, financial aid, student services, or enrollment services.
