We're going places quickly and we're looking for people who want to help build the engine About The Role As an Enrollment Specialist, you will serve as the compassionate front-line connection between Tembo Health and the families navigating their dementia diagnosis journey through educating, screening, and enrolling individuals into the Tembo Health program. What You’ll Do Serve as an internal expert on the patient and caregiver onboarding experience, owning program outreach, education, and remote enrollment from start to finishManage a high-volume call list to effectively educate patients and their care teams on the benefits of the Tembo Health programCoordinate with members, caregivers, and family to obtain program consentCollaborate with the Tembo Health Clinical Team and partner organizations in scheduling of virtual assessments to enroll new patients and their caregivers to the programMaintain accurate, timely records of all interactions, assessments, and follow-ups in various platformsSuccessfully manage responsibilities with consistent performance of all KPIsFunction within the timeframes of a fast-paced startupPerform other duties as required or assigned About You We are seeking a compassionate and driven individual who has: Empathy and comfort engaging with individuals experiencing cognitive decline and their caregiversThe ability to understand and articulate the benefits of our programThe ability to exercise judgment independently and voice noticeable issues or trendsStrong verbal and written communication skills; is able to communicate professionally with patients and care teamsStrong problem solving skills; able to identify problems and escalate when appropriateExcellent organizational skills and ability to multitaskA strong proficiency in computer software navigation and modern technology systemsAbility to perform duties as assigned or requested in a remote setting with minimal oversightAble to work in multidisciplinary team environmentComfort in a dynamic and always evolving healthcare environmentPassion about healthcare and affecting change in the current healthcare landscape Requirements Fluency in EnglishHigh school diploma or equivalent1-2 years of inside sales or outbound telephonic experienceComfortable being on the phone throughout the day (minimum 65 calls per day)An internet speed of 25Mbps minimum with speed test proof to be submitted upon hireConsistent access to a private work environment with professionally appropriate surroundings for frequent video conferencing and a workstation setup conducive to remote work needs. Compensation & Logistics Full-time Remote position. $27.00 per hour plus incentive pay. Shifts available for all time zones.
