Enrollment Specialist

Serving as a Point of Contact

Serve as primary point of contact for prospective participants and families during enrollment.

Guide applicants through enrollment paperwork and required documentation.

Coordinate assessments, appointments, and intake processes.

Track leads, referrals, and enrollment pipeline activity.

Collaboration and Support

Collaborate with community liaisons, clinical teams, and operations staff.

Maintain accurate records in CRM and enrollment systems.

Customer Service and Communication

Ensure a smooth and positive enrollment experience for participants and families.

Explain complex information in a clear, compassionate way.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in health care sales, enrollment, admissions, healthcare coordination, and intake.
• Experience in healthcare, senior services, managed care, or PACE preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable in assisting seniors with the process in their homes.
