Enrollment Specialist

Responsibilities

• Conducts the enrollment process with the person served and their circle of support in a timely manner.
• Ensures enrollment documents are complete and accurate.
• Recommends improvements to internal process/systems to prevent future issues and to enhance service experience.
• Maintains confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Upholds company values and mission.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Will consider candidates with experience relevant to the position.
• 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Personal computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service.
• Strong ability to participate in a highly effective team.
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, and terminology.
• Have or willing to obtain a Notary Public license.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or Human Services/Social Work, or Marketing/Communication is preferred.
• Experience: 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, personal computer skills, knowledge of customer service principles, administrative and clerical procedures, and obtaining a Notary Public license.
