Enrollment Representative

Responsibilities
- Proactively contact and respond to prospective students via telephone, email, and SMS using a contact strategy.
- Assess and qualify prospective students through prequalification or interview to determine if Chamberlain University’s programs meet their academic and professional needs.
- Assist applicants through the enrollment process by collaborating with other departments to ensure positive application progression, student satisfaction, and success.
- Establish rapport and build relationships via phone in a high-volume environment.
- Remain compliant with university standards and policies while operating in a student-centric environment.
- Adjust and adapt quickly to change and implement updates accordingly.
- Work in a team environment and represent Chamberlain’s culture of care while supporting new student enrollment goals.

- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all policies and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Access to a designated work-from-home office space with reliable high-speed internet.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn, retain, and implement new information.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings, to accommodate student, departmental, and company needs.
Schedule
Hybrid schedule with 2–3 in-office days per week, one late evening per week ending at 9:00 PM, and remote work on Fridays.
Pay
The expected salary range for this position is between $23/hr and $26/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience, training, geographic location, licensure, certifications, market factors, departmental budgets, and responsibility.
