This is your responsibility. You will lead the entire enrollment process for a campus, beginning with initial inquiry and concluding with onboarding. This is not a pass-off function. You determine how families perceive us, how thoroughly they grasp the model, and whether enrollment choices are made with appropriate understanding. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate substantive discussions, and advise against enrollment when that serves the best interest of all parties. The objective is not enrollment maximization. The objective is strategic alignment. We welcome applicants from elite service sectors outside conventional education: independent schools, competitive admissions programs, high-end hospitality, executive concierge services, exclusive membership communities, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen premium client experiences from start to finish. - Leading the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial outreach through
