Enrollment Manager, Alpha - $75,000/year USD

About the role

This is an in-person role based at one of our campuses. You will shape the culture of a new campus and contribute to its success.

Responsibilities

• Conducting personalized, conversion-focused family tours that communicate Alpha's three commitments and build confidence in our educational approach.
• Designing and implementing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through each stage of the admissions process.
• Maintaining stringent safety and safeguarding standards to ensure a demonstrably secure environment for students and families.
• Managing comprehensive facilities operations, including preventative maintenance scheduling, vendor relationships, and repair supervision.
• Leveraging data analysis to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment conversion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (no specific field required)
• 1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
• Experience working with children/students
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-management
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Available to work in person in Palm Beach, FL; Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Santa Monica, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC
