Enrollment Liaison, CRM & Enrollment Marketing Operations
About the role
Florida State University seeks an Enrollment Liaison, CRM & Enrollment Marketing Operations, to support graduate enrollment initiatives through the administration of enrollment technologies, customer relationship management systems, marketing automation, reporting, and lead generation infrastructure. This position serves as the primary functional administrator for Slate and related enrollment technologies supporting graduate recruitment and admissions efforts.
Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and maintain forms, portals, populations, communication workflows, business processes, and automated recruitment activities within Slate.
- Build and maintain segmented communication tracks based on program, concentration, enrollment term, application status, and other recruitment criteria.
- Configure and manage automated communication workflows designed to support prospective students throughout the recruitment and admissions process.
- Develop and maintain recruitment websites, landing pages, microsites, and lead capture tools supporting graduate enrollment initiatives.
- Adapt and replicate existing recruitment website templates for implementation across multiple graduate programs.
- Create and maintain web forms and inquiry capture mechanisms that integrate with Slate and support prospective student engagement.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations supporting enrollment management decisions and strategic planning.
- Monitor inquiry, application, admission, and enrollment trends and provide recommendations based on recruitment funnel performance.
- Collaborate with academic departments, admissions personnel, marketing teams, and university stakeholders to improve enrollment processes and communication strategies.
- Provide training and support to users working within Slate and related enrollment technologies.
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and best practices related to CRM administration and enrollment operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, technology enhancements, and process improvements.
- Provide routine administrative, operational, and project support as needed.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree and four years of experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and eight years of experience. (Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to eight years.)
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of and ability to apply principles and practices related to CRM administration, marketing automation, and enrollment technologies.
- Knowledge of web-based communication systems, content management systems, and digital lead generation practices.
- Ability to analyze, interpret, and present data through reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience administering Slate CRM.
- Experience supporting graduate admissions, enrollment management, recruitment operations, or higher education technology systems.
- Experience in creating automated communication workflows and enrollment marketing campaigns.
- Experience working with Drupal, WordPress, or similar content management systems.
- Experience developing recruitment websites, landing pages, and inquiry capture processes.
- Experience building enrollment dashboards, reports, and performance analytics.

This position operates in a highly collaborative and entrepreneurial environment focused on developing innovative solutions to graduate enrollment challenges. The initial assignment for this position will focus on designated graduate programs identified as strategic growth priorities. Responsibilities may expand over time to support additional graduate programs and university-wide enrollment initiatives.

Anticipated Salary Range
Starting in the $50,000's, commensurate with education and experience.
