InGenius Prep is a fast-growing company founded in 2013 by law students at Harvard and Yale. The company currently employs over 200 full-time and 600 part-time staff members, operating in multiple locations including the U.S., Canada, and China.

How You’ll Help

The Enrollment Director will be responsible for establishing new operations, forming corporate partnerships, assisting in marketing campaigns, and developing sales workflows in a specified location, under the guidance of the Managing Director of their region. This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a strong commitment to success.

What You’ll Do

• Grow B2B partnerships, B2C channels (like WeChat groups), and other partners/affiliates
• Meet with families, follow up with leads individually, build personal connections, and manage the entire sale process
• Manage marketing events for your responsible region on a monthly basis, including logistical preparation, coordination with partners, and enhancing brand awareness and lead generation
• Establish and maintain corporate partnerships

15% of the time will be spent traveling locally, while 85% will be remote.

Qualifications

• Native Mandarin speaker
• At least two years of experience in the education industry; candidates with significant experience in sales, recruitment, or enrollment may also be considered. Experience in college counseling or admissions is a plus.
• Experience in sales or business development, with an existing network or connections in the area as an advantage
• Demonstrated sales leadership experience, including managing pipelines, driving performance, and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Team management experience, such as leading, coaching, or mentoring sales or enrollment teams
• Holds a bachelor’s degree or higher from an English-speaking college or university
• Strong communicator, both in writing and speaking, with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven experience in sales or business development
• Talented and experienced public speaker

Pay

Total on-target earnings (OTE) are up to $160,000 USD, structured to reward individual contribution and team performance. Final details are determined based on experience and scope of responsibility.
