Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting strategy and execution to build a strong, qualified prospect pipeline for Elevation College.
• Contribute to Elevation College's marketing and social media strategy, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms.
• Travel to conferences, Elevation Nights, Elevation pop-ups, and other Elevation events to represent Elevation College and connect with prospective students.
• Build and manage relationships with prospects from first contact through application, acceptance, and enrollment.
• Design and deliver an exceptional onboarding experience that keeps accepted students engaged and committed through enrollment.
• Track and report on recruiting and enrollment metrics, adjusting strategy as needed to hit enrollment goals.
• Collaborate with Elevation Church staff and ministry leaders to align recruiting efforts with broader church initiatives.

Requirements

• Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community).
• Excellent verbal, written, and digital communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a large, moving pipeline of prospects without letting anyone fall through the cracks.
• Adaptable and energized in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience working in a non-profit or ministry setting.
• Experience in college admissions, enrollment management, or recruiting/sales.
• Familiarity with CRM or enrollment-tracking software.
• Experience with social media content strategy or marketing.

Schedule

We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30 AM - 5 PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.

There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend—adaptability is a key competence for us.
