About the role
The Enrollment Communications Analyst supports and manages the Enrollment Management contact center, focusing on telecommunication routing, data analysis, staff productivity, and system resources.
Responsibilities
- Implement contact center routing strategies to meet customer demands within Enrollment Management units
- Translate data into presentable formats using visualization tools for organizational stakeholders
- Analyze metrics and identify trends to make decisions on real-time staffing needs
- Partner with Enrollment Management and Information Technology leadership in developing, enhancing, and rolling out enterprise systems
- Develop data documentation manuals or other learning materials, as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to the work described above (math or computer science), or significant experience related to the job requirements
- Comfortable with data validation and preparation, and prior experience with analytical software
- Cloud-based contact center experience preferred
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and data/process analytic skills
- Customer service and project management experience
